Dan Rohn is a long-time minor-league manager who played 3 seasons in the major leagues. After a cup of coffee with the 1983 Chicago Cubs, he was part of the 1984 Chicago Cubs who brought home the first championship since 1945. He also appeared briefly with the 1986 Cleveland Indians.

In 1990, Rohn played for the Fort Myers Sun Sox of the Senior Professional Baseball Association. He played in 24 games and was batting .284 with 9 RBI when the league folded.

He was a three-sport athlete in high school in Michigan, and his time at Central Michigan University overlapped with that of Chris Knapp. In addition to his time with the Cubs and Indians, he also played in the minor league organizations of the Oakland Athletics and the Texas Rangers.

He first became a manager in 1991. He managed for 12 years in the Seattle Mariners and Minnesota Twins organizations.

From 2001-05 he managed the AAA Tacoma Rainiers, and had three division titles, being named PCL Manager of the Year three times, in 2001, 2004 and 2005. He was named manager of the Fresno Grizzlies after the 2006 season.

Rohn was bench coach of the Traverse City Beach Bums in 2012-2013.
