The DSL Athletics 2 have played alongside the DSL Athletics 1 in the Dominican Summer League when the Oakland Athletics fielded two teams in that loop instead of one combined DSL Athletics entry from 2003 to 2008. The 2007 club finished 9-54, the 2nd worst record in DSL history, and the worst by a non co-op team.
