William Prestwood Morgan (Cy)

Cy Morgan was a minor league outfielder before scouting for 25 years. He managed the Ottawa-Ogdensburg Senators in 1940 then was a scout for the Philadelphia Phillies (1941-1959), Baltimore Orioles (1960-1962), New York Mets (1963), and Baltimore again (1965).
