Players who went here

Cornell University's baseball team plays in the Lou Gehrig Division of the Ivy League. Three Cornell players have gone on to get more than 1,000 at-bats in the major leagues. They are Joe Birmingham, Phil Lewis, and Harry Taylor.

Hall of Famer Hughie Jennings went to law school at Cornell, and served as assistant coach at the same time.

The first major leaguer out of Cornell was John Humphries, who was managed in 1883 by John Clapp, who was born and died in Ithaca, NY.
