1994 Coach Rockford Royals. His son, Tyler Pastornicky, was drafted in the 2008 amateur draft. His father, Ernest Pastornicky, played professionally from 1954 to 1956.
After his playing career ended, Cliff became a scout, signing Zach Greinke, Billy Butler, Mark Ellis, Shawn Estes and Kiko Calero.
