Ciudad Miguel Aleman is located in the north-eastern Mexican state of Tamaulipas, on the Rio Grande River, across which lies Roma, TX. It is 85 miles south-east of Nuevo Laredo, Tamaulipas and 50 miles west of Reynosa, Tamaulipas.
