Biographical Information[edit]

Cisco Carlos pitched a complete game shutout on September 14, 1967 as a member of the Chicago White Sox against the Cleveland Indians. He pitched 10 innings, giving up 5 hits, walking none and striking out 2. The White Sox won the game 4-0 on a 10-inning grand slam by Don Buford.

He was the American Association wins leader in 1970.
