Churuguara, Falcón

Churuguara is a small town located literally at the end of road, the southern end of highway 4 which links it with the coastal town of Choro, Falcón, 50 miles to the north. Churuguara is located in the foothills of the Saroche Mountains, which form a national park and constitute an impenetrable barrier between the town and the large city of Barquisimeto, Lara, 60 miles to the south. Vic Davalillo was born here.
