Pitcher Chris Myers was selected by the Baltimore Orioles in the first round of the 1987 amateur draft but failed to reach the major leagues. In 1991, he was traded to the Montreal Expos for Richie Lewis, another high selection in the 1987 draft who had not yet reached the Show. Lewis did manage a significant big league career after that, but Myers stalled in the high minors.
