Chris Antonetti

Chris Antonetti is currently the Cleveland Indians' assistant General Manager. On February 18, 2010, the Indians announced that he would take over for GM Mark Shapiro after the 2010 season.
A graduate of Georgetown University, Antonetti began his career as an intern for the Montreal Expos in 1997, working various odd jobs before being offered a position in player development. In 1999, he joined the Indians' organization, where he was noticed by Shapiro, who made him his right-hand man. He has occupied a number of senior positions in the area of baseball operations.
