Cheng-Lung Lo is an amateur pitcher.

Lo played for one of the Chinese Professional Baseball League's developmental teams in 2006 then moved to Taiwan's amateur leagues. He pitched for Taiwan in the 2006 Intercontinental Cup, allowing 6 runs, 3 walks and 8 hits in 4 2/3 IP to post the club's second-highest ERA; he won his lone decision, though. With Taiwan desperate for help for the 2009 World Baseball Classic, Lo was added to the preliminary roster after two CPBL teams refused having their players participate and initial selections Wei-Lun Pan, Hong-Chih Kuo and Wei-Yin Chen withdrew or were blocked from playing by their teams.

Lo throws a slider, curveball, changeup and fastball (peak time of 93 mph).
