The Charlotte County Redfish are an Independent Minor League Baseball team in the South Coast League. Founded in 2007, the Redfish are one of the founding teams of the SCL. The Redfish play their home games at Charlotte County Stadium in Port Charlotte, FL.

The Redfish played their innaugural game on May 18, 2007 against the South Georgia Peanuts at Charlotte County Stadium.

After only 25 games, the Redfish parted ways with Manager Jackie Hernandez who accepted a position at the league level. In his place, the Redfish hired Cecil Fielder to complete the season. They had a tough season on the field, finishing last in the league in both halves of the season, and 12 games behind the 5th place Anderson Joes overall.
