Pitcher Charlie Barrett, the brother of Marty Barrett and Tom Barrett, was drafted by the Los Angeles Dodgers in the 11th round of the 1973 amateur draft. He pitched in the Dodgers' chain from 1973 to 1978, only rising above A ball for 1 start with the Albuquerque Dukes in 1976.
