Catcher Charlie Armbruster played three years in the majors.
He is one of three major leaguers (through 2008) who have died in Grants Pass, OR, the others being Hub Pernoll and Ken Williams.
Prior to his major league days he played for New London, and in 1909-10 he played for Portland.
