Charlie McCullough went 5-23 with a 4.88 ERA between two teams in the American Association in 1890, his only major league season; he walked 116 batters and struck out only 69. This includes a 4-21 record for the Brooklyn Gladiators. He is buried at Holy Cross Cemetery in Brooklyn, NY.
