Charles C. Stis

Died January 9, 1979 in Festus, MO USA


Charley Stis managed various minor league teams in the 10's and 20's and was a minor league umpire. He also scouted for the St. Louis Browns, St. Louis Cardinals, Philadelphia Phillies, Chicago White Sox, Boston Braves, and Detroit Tigers. He managed the Racine Belles for part of 1945.
