Firstbaseman Charles Baron played in the miinors from 1931 to 1951. He played at the top level of the minors from 1943 to1947 and also spent 3 years in the Texas League. He led the 1937 East Texas League 1939 Southeastern League and 1944 American Association in triples and also led the 1936 ETL with 133 runs. Baron was a player/manager for the last 5 years of his career.
