Cecil Butler had what might have been the best fastball in the Milwaukee Braves organization when he made the Braves opening day roster in 1962. He injured his elbow, however, and never really recovered, cutting short a career that had genuine promise. After another brief appearance with the Braves in 1964, he ended his career with a Won Loss record of 2 and 0.
