Neat research tidbit of the day - while tracking down a claim that 1980s-1990s German team player Martin Helmig played in the Braves minor leagues (still can't find any evidence), I discovered that his father, Claus, one of the greatest German team players, appeared in the minor leagues in 1956. I didn't realize there were any Europeans in the minors way back then. Cool. - --Mischa 20:53, 22 January 2008 (EST)
