Hitting two grand slam in one game is a rare feat accomplished by thirteen players, the last being Josh Willingham of the Washington Nationals on July 27, 2009.

On April 23, 1999, Fernando Tatis of the St. Louis Cardinals did it in one inning (the third).

Robin Ventura of the Chicago White Sox hit a pair of grand slams against the Texas Rangers on September 4, 1995. On May 20, 1999, he became the only player to accomplish the even rarer feat of hitting grand slams in both games of a doubleheader.

On July 29, 2003, switch hitter Bill Mueller of the Boston Red Sox hit one grand slam from each side of the plate.

Four Boston Red Sox players have accomplished the feat, and three Baltimore Orioles have done it.
