Casey Fossum went 1-0 with a 4.76 ERA in the 1997 Intercontinental Cup. In the Bronze Medal game loss to Australia, he allowed one home run in 2/3 of an inning. He was 1-0 with a 3.97 ERA for Team USA in the 1998 Baseball World Cup.
