Prior to playing in the All American Girls Professional Baseball League, pitcher Carolyn Morris was a model. She joined the Rockford Peaches in 1946, and as a rookie had a 23-18 record and threw two no-hitters. The next year, she was 28-12 and tossed a perfect game on July 6th, and Rockford won the league title. In her final season, 1948, she was 29-13 and threw another no-hitter. Overall, she was 80-43 with a 1.55 ERA in 134 games over three seasons.

After her baseball career, Morris was a realtor.
