C.B. Burns is a member of the 1.000 club. He hit a single in his only major league at-bat, never appearing in the field. Born in Maryland, he played for Maryland's Baltimore Orioles, and died when he was nearly 90 in Maryland.
He was the only player on the team to hit 1.000. The top regular on the team was Jimmy Williams, who hit .313 with 21 triples and 8 home runs.
