Burlington (NC) Indians

The Burlington Indians were a Cleveland Indians affiliate in the Appalachian League. They played their home games at Burlington Athletic Park in Burlington, North Carolina. After the 2006 season, they became a Kansas City Royals affiliate known as the Burlington Royals.

Among the notable Burlington Indians of the Carolina League were Luis Tiant, Mel Stottlemyre, Doc Edwards, Tommy Agee, and Richie Scheinblum.
