The brother of Tripp Cromer, D.T. Cromer, and Brandon Cromer, Burke Cromer pitched in the Atlanta Braves organization in 1992 and 1993 but never reached the majors. Cromer was 4-4 with a 5.44 ERA for the Idaho Falls Gems in 1992. He split 1993 between the Danville Braves (0-1, 3.86 in 3 games) and the Macon Braves (0-0, 3 Sv, 3.19 ERA, 5.23 RA, 33 H and 22 BB in 31 IP).
