Bugs Young was a minor league baseball manager. In 1920, he managed the Abilene Eagles to the West Texas League championship. He may have been replaced by Ed Kizziar that season. In 1924, he managed the Marshall Indians, either replacing Pete Daniels, or he himself may have been replaced by Johnnie Baggan. During his time with the Indians, he managed Wally Dashiell and multiple other future major leaguers.
