[edit] Biographical Information

Outfielder Brian McArn hit .354 at the University of Nebraska in 1990 with 34 steals in 62 games and .393 with 15 steals in 46 games in 1991. He was drafted in the 26th round of the 1991 amateur draft by the Oakland A's. In 1992 McArn hit only .225 with 3 steals in 24 games for the AZL A's.

McArn began his coaching career as an assistant at American River College. He was a coach for the Vermont Expos in 1997, Modesto A's in 1998-2003, Midland RockHounds in 2004, Sacramento River Cats in 2005-2010, and Stockton Ports in 2011.
