A Baltimore native, Bob Unglaub worked for the Pennsylvania Railroad in Baltimore, MD after his baseball career ended. He was killed in an on-the-job accident.
According to his obituary, he had played for Meridian, Connecticut; Worcester, Massachusetts; Sacramento, California; Milwaukee; Lincoln, Nebraska; and Minneapolis in the minors.
