Birmingham-Southern has sponsored baseball in 1902-1939, 1935-1938, 1950-1951, 1967-2006, and 2008-present.
The school was a member of the NAIA through 2001, then jumped all the way up to the NCAA's division-I from 2002 to 2006. BSC then dropped from D-I to D-III in 2007, but had no team for one year.
