Billy Crowell earned a decision in every single major league game he pitched. He holds the record for most career games pitched with a decision in each game.
Crowell's professional career went from 1884 to at least 1899. Before coming to the majors he won 28 games for Altoona in 1886. As a rookie in the majors he was the winningest pitcher for the 1887 Cleveland Blues who lost 92 games.
