Bill Wood

Bill Wood was the Assistant Director of Scouting and Minor League Clubs for the Houston Astros in 1977-1978 and the Astros farm director from 1979 to 1985. He was the assistant GM in 1986-1987 and served as General Manager of the Astros from 1988 through 1993. in 2004-2005, he was a special assistant to the GM of the Cincinnati Reds.
