Bill Walkenbach

Bill Walkenbach has been a college coach.
Walkenbach was team MVP at Cornell in 1995, 1996 and 1997; as of 2010, his 21 homers were tied for most in school history. He was All-Ivy League at shortstop in both 1995 and 1996. In 2002-2003, he was assistant coach at Emory University, helping them to the 2003 Division III College World Series. He also worked with the St. Cloud RiverBats in the summer of 2002 and with the Yarmouth-Dennis Red Sox in the summer of 2003. He returned to Cornell as assistant coach in 2004 and 2005.
From 2006-2008, Bill was head coach of Franklin & Marshall College, going 69-42. In his third stint at Cornell, he became head coach, going 17-23 his first year.
