Bill Richardson has been a manager in the minors. Richardson was a high school coach at San Juan High School in Citrus Heights, California, from 1982-1990. From 1996-2002, he coached Del Campo High School. He might have managed the 1998 Richmond Roosters; it is unclear if this is the same Bill Richardson.
