William Scott Miller

Bill Miller has been a major league umpire for several years. He began his umpiring career in the 1990 Northwest League and moved up to the South Atlantic League (1991), California League (1991-1992), Texas League (1993-1994), International League (1995) and Pacific Coast League (1995-1999). He worked the 2007 All-Star Game and will work the 2009 World Baseball Classic.
