Big Bill Massey appeared in 13 games for the 1894 Cincinnati Reds.
He hit .283 in a league which hit .309.
Massey had an extremely long minor league career, apparently starting in 1887 with Lincoln in the Western League. He finished up in 1909. During that time he played almost everywhere: Toronto, Montreal, Kansas City, Hartford, Buffalo, Scranton, Rochester, Ottawa and other places.
