Bill Henry pitched two games for the 1966 Yankees. He was up in the majors at age 24, at the same time as another pitcher named Bill Henry at age 38 was also in the majors.
Bill was at Seton Hall University at the same time as Danny Coombs and John Briggs. He pitched three years in the minors before coming to the majors in September 1966 after going 12-9 with Columbus.
In 1967-69 he continued to pitch in the minors. He was managed at Asheville in 1968 by Sparky Anderson.
