Bill "Beanie" Hall, the first of several major leaguers with the name "Bill Hall", appeared in three games with the 1913 Brooklyn Superbas. He was not only the youngest player on the team but also perhaps the biggest, at 6 ' 2 " and 250 lbs.

He pitched at Scranton for parts of 1914-16.
