Bill Coutts played one year in the minor leagues, splitting 1995 between the Merrillville Muddogs and East Chicago Conquistadors of the independent Mid-America League and hitting .179 in 17 games.
Spent time as a scout for Arizona Diamondbacks, Kansas City Royals, and Colorado Rockies [citation needed]
Coutts is now a certified player representative for Major League Baseball.
