[edit] Biographical Information

Bill Caudill came up with the Chicago Cubs in 1979 and pitched well in 1980 when he had an ERA of 2.19 in 72 games. He achieved greater fame with the Seattle Mariners and the Oakland A's, saving 36 games for the A's in 1984.

Caudill has been been co-coach with former teammate Julio Cruz at the Eastside Catholic High School in Kirkland, WA since 1995. When not coaching, Bill also works for agent Scott Boras. The two were minor league teammates and Bill was Boras's first client.
