In 2006, Beiker Graterol played in the Top Spanish League (Division de Honor) with the team of Bilbao, San Inazio. In the 2007 Baseball World Cup, Graterol pitched for the Venezuelan national team, posting a 6.00 ERA in two games. He led to a bench-clearing incident when he plunked Cuban CF Alfredo Despaigne in the helmet with a pitch. He was 2-0 with a 2.31 ERA In the 2008 Americas Baseball Cup, beating Panama and Puerto Rico. It was Puerto Rico's only loss and the two wins helped Venezuela lock up a spot in the 2009 Baseball World Cup.
