The Baseball Heritage Museum is a museum in Cleveland, OH devoted primarily to exploring the history of baseball leagues other than the major leagues. The museum grew out of Robert Zimmer's collection, focusing on the Negro Leagues, women's leagues, Caribbean leagues, and industrial and barnstorming leagues.

Former Cleveland Indians infielder Vern Fuller is the executive director.

The first Baseball Heritage Museum Festival took place in May 2006. Former players such as Bob Feller and Buck O'Neill attended.
