Arch McDonald was a longtime broadcaster for the Washington Senators (1934-39, 1941-59). He also broadcast games for the New York Yankees in 1940. McDonald is remembered for his recreations. The Ol' Pine Tree died on a train coming home from a Redskins-Giants game in New York.
