Andy Van Hekken, who pitched in the majors in 2002, went 8-6 for two teams in the minors in 2009 in the Houston organization.
Through 2007, Van Hekken is the last player to pitch a complete game shutout on his major league debut.
He is one of three major leaguers born in Holland, MI through 2009, with the others being Bill Morley and George Zuverink.
