Andy Fletcher is an umpire. He began his career in the 1989 Appalachian League and then moved up to the Midwest League (1990-1991), Carolina League (1992), Southern League (1992-1994) and Pacific Coast League (1995-1999). In 1999, he joined the MLB umpiring staff and also became a father.

Fletcher worked the 2005 All-Star Game and 2009 World Baseball Classic.
