Andy Coakley was the baseball coach at Williams College from 1911 to 1913, and Columbia University from 1914 to 1918 and 1920 to 1951. The school's baseball diamond was called Andy Coakley Field from 1970 until 2008, when it was renamed Robertson Field, in honor of an alumnus who funded significant renovations.
