[edit] Biographical Information
Outfielder Andre David of the Minnesota Twins hit a home run off Jack Morris in his first big league at bat but never hit another one in the majors. After retiring in 1989, he has been a minor league coach and manager in the New York Mets and Kansas City Royals organizations, serving as Royals hitting coach for parts of the 2005 and 2006 seasons.
