Allie Reynolds Award

The Allie Reynolds Award was first issued in 1969 to the top pitcher in the American Association in honor of Allie Reynolds, the AA president and a key individiual in the league's re-creation after a six-year hiatus.

A second Allie Reynolds Award begun to be issued in 1998 by the Jim Thorpe Association in honor of Oklahoma's top high school athlete.
