The grandnephew of Eddie Cicotte of Black Sox infamy, Al Cicotte was the International League Pitcher of the Year with the Toronto Maple Leafs in 1960. That season he went 16-7 with a 1.79 ERA and 158 strikeouts to win the pitching Triple Crown. He also threw an 11-inning no-hitter against the Montreal Royals on September 3rd.
