Ad Gumbert won 123 games in the majors and was also a good enough hitter that he played 38 games in the outfield. His Adjusted OPS as a hitter was 99.
His best year as a pitcher was in 1890, when he won 23 games and his 1890 Boston Reds won the Players League pennant under manager King Kelly.
