Candlestick Park is currently known as Monster Park and is still in use by the San Francisco 49ers of the NFL. On August 29th, 1966, the Beatles performed their final concert at Candlestick Park. It was nicknamed Windlestick Park because of the strong cold breezes that blew in from the ocean, making both players and spectators miserable.
